This picture is of two "B-Class" Modifieds from the late 1960's. The B9 is driven by Sonny Hoover and F80 by Hoyt Alexander. My friend Jack Brown found the old F-80 and is in the process of restoring it. He is looking for pictures of the car and/or Hoyt Alexander.

Jack and I are planning a tour together. Take the cars to different track and race them. We will call it the Medicare Motorsports Tour.

Don't remember the kid,s name but his number was F-80. His dad,s name is Eddie Ray. I used to see him post on Mid-South every now and then.

I have a colored photo of this car on my son's website. My favorite driver as a kid was J.D. Western who's dad Haywood owned the track in Milan, TN. It's my understanding that Hoyt built his car hence the number F-90. I own four old B-Cars that I plan to restore in the future. Two of them are on my son's site: #1 34 Ford of Ed Glover and the #22 A-Model of Jack Hays. Check out the 1960's photo page at www.TJHerndon.com

Have fun rebuilding them. Dad and I had a ball rebuilding Miss Chicken. Dad is as "Pig-Headed" as I am. That made for some wonderful memories.
