Hi, this is Mrs. Ford6man27. I posted that picture when my husband wasn't around. It has always been one of my favorites. He was a little upset with me when he saw it. It was taken down at Crawford County Speedway just north of Fort Smith, Arkansas. The man in the overalls with the hotdog was his sponser. I am pretty sure it was taken in 1968. I thought I might get out of trouble if I explained how the picture happened to be on the forum.

thanks for the info. I was thinking it was from the early 60's. I'm collecting old racing information about Mississippi racing history. If you like the old time racing then you need to check out this site: misschicken.com/MS%20Racing%20History.htm All the drivers back then had to have white coverall or pants. I never understood why. Thanks for posting the picture. I just love it !!
