Super Late Models Joel Rice from Cashiers, North Carolina raced to his first ever win at TST and his first win in that car he said. Dont know if that meant super latemodel or what. Derrick Rainey came in a close second after pressuring Rice for 25 laps. Danny people slipped into thirs wiht less than 5 to go. Shane Clanton statred 2nd and faded back to 4th by lap 50. Black and silver #21 (dont now name) finished 5th. One of the young knowles racers came in an impressive 6th in his first ever super latemodel race! In mods something happened to the #35 ofTony Gray. dont knwo if he was lgiht at the scales or what but he had to start a consi last. Did not make it in. #32 Jamie Wynn took the Mod race. Hard charger of the mod race was the #1s of Mr Jeremy Shaw! Jeremy started 24th and finished an impressive 5th!! Congrats to Jeremy on the awesome run! Crate Latemodels saw the #1 car of the Lewisburg Lightening, David Gentry, of Lewisburg Tennessee take the first stormpat.com crate latemodle race of 2006. you will have to go to www.talladegashortrack.com or www.whowon.com for the rest of the results. i swear it was like almost 75 degrees here today and yesterday it was like 45..i wish the weather would make up its mind....its tearin up my sinus's...

past slick....thats why the crates were turning unreal times....smaller motors hook up on the dry/slick. Thats the way Wall won the Mag 100 with a spec engine ;D......when you hit the setup thats shows a smaller motor can win big races!
