1 John 4:13-15
13:We know that we live in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit. 14:And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. 15:If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in him and he in God.
God has been working in me. I had posted a while back about an idea I had about a weekly newsletter. Well after prayer and many discussions with folks I am going to produce the newsletter. Signs from God keep pointing me in this direction. The newsletter will profile a driver, a fan, a track official, anyone who wants to give their testimony, each week. It will have a message on it as well as a prayer list, a kid’s corner and a couple of other little things. The idea is for folks to see those brothers and sisters in Christ, who are involved with all aspects of racing. As well as give them a message about Christ. I have been in contact with a couple of individuals associated with tracks and they love the idea and gave me a green light, to hand the newsletters out. One of those individuals is with a very large track. That was exciting. I am starting to compile these newsletters and get them ready before the season starts. I need your help. I am looking for anyone willing to be profiled in the newsletter. You do not have to do much. It is a small little write up and a picture. I believe in my heart that we can make a difference in someone’s life. Testimonies work. The newsletter will be available for anyone who wants to pass it out at their own track as well. I will email it to you as an attachment, and you can print off as many copies as you want and hand them out. The only thing it will cost you is some time and some ink from your printer. I am also getting some things bought for the kids. Things like those rubber bracelets that all the kids are wearing, some say God Rocks, some will have inspirational saying, dog tag necklaces with crosses and fish on them, some checker flag hats, and stuff like that. I want to reach some kids as well. I really believe there is a need here. I am getting a website built also. There will be testimonies, prayer list, guest book, and I think I would like to have some pictures of cars with sayings and signs of Christian faith (crosses, fish sign, Got God?) that kind of stuff. I will also have the newsletter on there. I have a sample copy ready for you to view. If you would be interested in seeing what it looks like, or you would like to be in it, please email me at: dailydirtprayer@yahoo.com.
I believe God is speaking to us all to do something for him. This is what I can do for him. I took a step in faith and he is opening doors, and guiding me through them. I am asking for your help. Just a little time, maybe some ink, or just to be a part of the newsletter. Please pray about this and consider being a part of it. I truly believe there is a need here. If just one person gets saved, all is good. Thank you for the words of encouragement that has been given to me. I pray that God blesses all of your lives.
