Everyone can relax now; James Cameron has found the bones of Jesus. OK, what is next? We have to think of something to disprove. Wow lets see, hummmmmmmm evolution has been proven to be correct so what about the weather. Yeah, let’s prove that we can, in fact, alter the weather; cool.
It just amazes me the way everyone goes after religion. Religion has to be one of the top things that people try to disprove. Are people afraid of the truth because they do not want to have to account for their sins? What’s even more amazing, (but they still have not gotten it), is that they will never be able to disprove the truth--that Jesus Christ lived and walked the earth. What gets me the most is that there is so much evidence that Jesus was here and that the Bible is the word of God, and yet they still keep searching. He is not here.
(Matthew 28:2-7) There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men. The angel said to the women, Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.' Now I have told you."
People have a fascination with proving people and things wrong. People seem to not be able to accept the truth. Until the Second Coming, of Jesus Christ, this is going to be a hot topic for folks. I believe Jesus loves this, because it is bringing his name in the headlines and allowing Christians to stand and show the world the truth. One day, they will regret not believing the truth of Jesus Christ. Their shovels, maps, stories, and little dirt moving brushes will not allow them to be in the spotlight anymore.
